• Frequently Asked Questions

When You Say that you ‘delete’ complaints, you mean that you push complaints to lower rankings in the search engine, right?

No. When we say we delete/remove complaints we mean that we either delete them from existence, or we de-index them.

What does ‘de-index’ mean?

De-index means that the complaints will no longer show up on the search engines. Not on page 1, or on any other page. It is completely removed and no one could ever find it unless they went to the website directly to search for you (which is highly unlikely).

Our first goal is to fully delete the complaint from existence on the originating website. In casese where we can’t do that, our next move is to de-index them.

Which websites can you remove complaints and negative reviews from?

We have removed complaints and reviews from many of the largest complaint/review websites, and many smaller blogs. Inquire today to see what we can do for you.

I heard it was impossible to delete things off the internet.

That is actually not accurate.  Most reputation companies focus on pushing down, rather than learning how to get content removed. We can and have removed content for many customers.

Is your service guaranteed?

We can’t guarantee that we can delete every single complaint and negative review. Our guarantee is that we delete or de-index your negative reviews, or you don’t pay. Before signing up with our service, we’ll outline the cost and time frame to remove your negative content.

How long does it take to see results?

In some cases we have deleted the negative content within 24 hours. More difficult cases can take up to 6 months. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe with your quote.

What is the cost?

It depends on how many complaints you want to remove, the nature of the complaints and what websites the complaints are on. We’ve worked with clients for as little as $500 and quoted as much as $100,000. Most solutions are in the $3,000-$15,000 range.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes. In some cases we’ll  can offer monthly payments to pay our fees, even if we’ve deleted the complaints within the first month. Inquire today.

Does it matter if the complaint or negative review is true or false?

Not necessarily.  Mistakes happen. Just because a business has 20 complaints, doesn’t mean they don’t have thousands of customers who love them, but simply have never taken the time . However, we have turned down clients in the past if we believe they consistently exhibit ‘scamlike’ behavior.

Do you use lawyers?

In some cases, yes, we have used lawyers to help remove complaints in some cases, but not always. We’ll go over our plan of action when working together.

What about future complaints?

Our main service is focused on getting rid of the complaints you currently have.  We also offer a Protection Plan to protect against future complaints. Our Protection Plan is like insurance. Companies pay us a monthly fee and we monitor and work toward removing newly-received negative content for free or a discounted rate.

If you have very few complaints, this service is likely unneeded. If you’re in a business with a higher likelihood of receiving unreasonable complaints, this service can save you time and money.
